Our new supply room is open! Our funds have gone a long way to stock the new room with all the basic essential supplies our teachers use every day - and now the teachers have access to this room whenever they need it. Thank you to all our parent volunteers who helped clean up and organize our new supply room.

Lost and Found Reminder

Is your child missing a coat? A water bottle? A lunchbox? There are bags and bags of these items and more in the Lost and Found! Items are available for pick up in the auditorium on Fridays at dismissal - please come by and take a look.

Anything NOT claimed will be donated at the end of the month.

After School Virtual Reading Buddy Program

We are excited to share that, this year, the 8th Grade Legacy Project will be participating in the After School Virtual Reading Buddies Program developed by 2020 MSC alumnus, Benjamin Epstein.

Elementary families who are interested in having their student(s) paired with an After School Virtual Reading Buddy should email copres@friendsofmsc.org by January 17.

Please include:

The name of the elementary school student
The grade of the elementary school student
The name(s) and email address(es) of the elementary school student's parent(s)

All efforts will be made to accommodate everyone but we cannot guarantee that everyone will be paired.

Meet on the Sidewalk in Front of the Playground Pathway

Join our MSC Parent Community on Tuesday Mornings after drop-off to begin your day with a run, walk or jog in Central Park. We will meet on the sidewalk in front of the playground pathway and walk over to the Reservoir at 8:25am. Everyone is welcome!
