"Health isn’t the absence of disease or life issues. It’s the state of vitality, a place we can joyfully create from; having a sense of purpose, a feeling of belonging; the essence of living an authentic and fulfilling life, reflective of your values and ethics."

With so much going on in the world, it can feel as though we’re living in extreme times.

Perhaps now more than ever, we're reminded of the value and importance of caring for ourselves and others.  Please join the Family & Community Wellness Collective, a DOE initiative launched over the summer and facilitated by parent volunteers, as we explore healthy ways to care for ourselves and our community.
